The success story continues – Kawasaki presents the 360° Ninja ZX-10R App at the Salon de Moto in Paris
Kawasaki teamed up with us in order to create a mind-blowing 360° experience that leaves users fully immersed. Due to major achievements experienced at EICMA in Milan, Kawasaki continued its success story by proudly presenting the 360° Ninja ZX-10R App at the Salon de la Moto in Paris, France. Visitors once more received the unique opportunity to join Superbike Champion Jonathan Rea for a ride on the Portimao racetrack in Portugal.
This year’s Salon de la Moto had more than 180 000 visitors on an overall exhibition space of 35.000 m². As part of the most prominent exhibitors, Kawasaki triumphed once more by offering innovative progress in terms of product visualization. After major success at EICMA one month’s earlier, the Japanese manufacturer decided to also offer its Parisian visitors the opportunity to virtually join Jonathan Rea for a ride. The possibility to embed 360° videos in a freely available and easily accessible app, offers companies the opportunity to impressively visualize and communicate product experiences directly to their clients. Kawasaki even went a step further and enabled its visitors to experience the 360° view in virtual reality using the VR One, the Head-Mounted Display made by Carl Zeiss.
The experience caught a lot of attention from visitors as well as the press and other independent journalists. The overall reaction to the immersive experience was more than positive and users enjoyed being part of the official Kawasaki World Superbike team.
The opportunity to experience a 360° view of the Portimao racetrack while being Jonathan Rea’s pillion on the new Ninja ZX-10R is freely available for anyone who feels ready to take on the challenge. The “Get Closer” App further includes technical specifications of the Kawasaki liter-class Supersport machine as well as a gallery of various images.
